Voice Unlock: Private Vault is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. In addition:

Your data is your responsibility. Your vault exists only on your iPhone and is not backed up. If you delete the app, lose or reset your iPhone, the vault cannot be recovered. Keep copies of anything you can't afford to lose.
Voice is a convenience. A spoken phrase can be overheard and repeated. The app is a privacy tool, not a guarantee against every form of access.
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties, to the extent permitted by law.
